God i can't take much more of this. You guys try really hard to sound cheezy, shitty and mainstream. Why don't you do something original?

You did a great job of emulating the kind of beats ja rule raps over.
so i must admit you've done a good job at making the WORST kind of hip hop there is.

Im sure your production skills are good, and i guess i shouldn't knock it, cause its your style, just cause i don't like it doesn't mean its bad music... but i mean come on this is bad music. its MaINSTREAM hip hop, the worst type, at least copy come underground good hip hop.

But i guess for your style, and if you wanna make money, cause most people are brainless and like this kind of music, your doing great!

Ambi, I know where you're coming from.. most peeps at hhi feel the same way.. The only thing I can say is that originality is relative. The chances of anyone making music that is completely devoid of outside influence without being completely abstract and terrible are very slim. I'm not a huge fan of breaking out of my style to make something commercially appealing, but I do it from time to time because it fits my mood. I don't make music for the masses, I make it for myself, and thats whats important. Thanks for taking the time to break down what you were saying, now I think you should peep my latest thread, I bet you'll be feeling it more.
