Raping using Acid Pro 4.0

Well been doing rap songs on acid pro 4.0 and we been handing out CD's with us on it and so on but the thing is the quality of our tracks are very minimal compared to other songs i heard done at home.

im in Australia and i dunno what i really need to make some good qaulity music its hard 2 find any style gangsta rap in Australia by Australians But we are trying to solve this.

can some1 please tell me what programs i could use or how to setup a recording studio in 1 room we have no funds but are trying please.

You're pretty limited without any money. Have you considered doing what the successful gangsta rap artists did to setup their studio's?
 
Lost of people use Acid 4.0 with professional results. You need to be working with good sounds and good effects and a good soundcard as well. None of that comes with the program.

Plus, you gotta know how to use it. Are you just recording vocals with it or making the beat with it too?
 
Well so far all we have done is used instrumentals of other songs and done our song over it as we have no programs to make beats i am looking for a program to make beats due to copyright of the instrumentals as we are using them as practice not sale.

to sell we need our own beats.
got heaps of songs own lyrics and all just need beats instrumentals.

how do u make beats with acid pro???

is that all u guys are worried about the spelling of rapping?
gezzz u know what it means.

its just i dont wanna use instrumentals i wanna use my own made beats how can i make dem with what program and how would i make my sound clear.
 
Rap production is definitely not my forte. My suggestion would be to look at a program called Reason. It will allow you to program your patterns, bass lines, etc.
 
look into purchasing Reason or Fruity Loops,,most Home Based artist-beatmakers use one of these program to make their music..you could always buy beats from artist online that produce beats..its up to you..hope this helps

Since rap these days is so violent I actually thought it was not mispelled. I need to get some rest. :(

If you want, get the free soundfont plugin sfz for Acid 4. And then search for free soundfonts. look around for free Vsti plugins to add to Acid 4. You can do alot with Acid 4. Look for free drum loop samples. Research and you shall find.
