Ok when I was recording my track I ran out of beat is there a way to fix this at all?

Im using Cool Edit Pro 2.0

yea well i missed that part im still learning how to do this

Ok my beat only ran like 2min 19sec but i had 4 verses that needed more beat how do i extend the beat

ok thanks man....i was just thinking if i could use fruity loops and do it or will it mess up the beat

I guess I am just confused. If you need the song to be longer, why not just make it longer. Especially if it was done in FL.

no the beat was already made im dropping vocals on it and the beat is to short

So why not make it longer? If you made it, should be a piece of cake. If someone else did, should be a piece of cake for them to make it longer. I don't see the problem. Now, if it was a 100 piece orchestra, it might be a tad more difficult...... :D

because the beat was 99problems and i could only get a version that was 2min

Who's got their manual?

I dunno - Who's got their manual?

Exactly.

Who?

Yes. He has his manual.

WHO has his manual?

Yep. He does.

What?

No - What uses cracked software.

WHO?!?

No - Who has his manual.

"I have no idea."

"He needs the best rap mic for hip-hop".

If you have the "beat" in any sort of editor, create a new track, copy the track into a new track. Zero down to bit level and line up the peaks. In Samplitude I can do this in about 60 seconds.
