Not anymore.
Just use a fast HD (7,200 RPM for IDE and 10,000 for SATA)

brzilian, I was just wondering about the idea. I know years ago, you always heard people using Ram drives. Don't seem to hear that much any more. Personally, I use a Scsi HD ran off of a PCI slot, along with my burner. Thanks for the reply.....
