Rack setup question

How would you recommend the following gear be setup from guitar on one end through to M-Audio Delta rack mounted soundcard on the other?

Guitar, Triaxis, Simul-Class 2:90 poweramp, Palmer PDI-03 speaker simulator, ISP Decimator (noise reduction), Eventide H300 D/SX Harmonizer, M-Audio Delta 1010

I'm also thinking of getting a power conditioner. Probem is I have both US and UK gear in my setup which is on a UK power supply. Some of the gear is on a US to UK step down converter. How would I work this? Would I need two separate units for the US and UK gear? Is this actually a necessary piece of gear?

Any feedback would be cool.

Use the stereo fx loop on the triaxis to send and return to the Eventide. Noise reduction inline. Since the palmer is a "dummy load", output of the simul-class 90 to the palmer......then line out of the palmer to the m-audio....

I think Furman make a UK---US switchable power conditioner.
