Sounds like a good performance, not a whole lot to mix. Everything's clear though the quality of the recording could be a lot better.

Good performances. Solid guitar accompaniment and the singer has a good voice. It would definitely be worth building up a full arrangement polishing the vocals.

the falsetto became a bit much after a while. I agree that the quality of the recording is holding it back. Can you produce this as a more full version? what was this recorded on?

Performance is good, vocals good. Would love to hear it as a full production...not familiar with the original, but can imagine a nice drum pattern about 1/4 of the way in. If your planning on keeping it this way, I would suggest bringing the bass to life a little more and give it some clarity. Right now it sounds like a lot of rumble.
