quick enhancement?

I have a track but it doesn't have that many layers. Is there a program in which I can enhance my wav file, quickly. I mean take a finished product (wav file), put it through a laundry machine type program and burn it onto CD. I would like a louder or more clear product in the end but I really don't need it mastered like a score. So is there a some program that I can run it through when I'm done in Cool Edit Pro?

I'd like to help, but i have no idea what you are talking about. Part of it is I think you are using non-standard terminology to describe your situation. a "track with few layers", "don't need it mastered like a score", etc. ... sorry, but I'm completely lost as to what you are trying to say!
