when mixing should I had mids if needed to make the guitar to sound big and bright and full??

add mids to sound bright? umm no
add mids to sound full? sure
add mids to sound big? mmm not really but it could help.

The best way to sound "bright", obviously would be to add high-mids (3k)

Full? depends on how you use the term. It'll sound warmer and get some of that "fullness" out of your guitar tone if you add around 400hz

big? The most common way to get a bigger sound, is to double track guitars, panning take 1 hard right, and take 2 hard left... or vice versa. Gives it a great effect.

Also, though around 400hz is where a lot of your guitar tone is, it's common to actually cut it there a couple db because it's easy to get muddy. Inexperienced ears can confuse 'warmth' for muddiness easily - and muddiness for warm, etc...
