Questions abouts RNCs Racked...

Does anyone see any problems with purchasing these RNCs racked by Mercenary Audio?

I am thinking about getting two and using a couple of 3630s I have, (ok .. I know ..), just as gates ... or should I :

Just purchase 4 RCNs from FMR ...

3.
Use the 3630s as door stoppers and get some other gates .. maybe the RANE Quad ... can the 3630s be salvaged as mere gates..money is sort of an issue and if these "gates" are poop too .. I just assume bite the bullet and get some other gates..

I buy from Mercenary and highly recommend them!

I also highly recommend you stop any further thought of pruchasing 3630's.... better yet - ask Fletcher what he thinks of them!

I like the idea of two RNC's but not four RNC's. The reason is that compression is one of those things where it is nice to have some variety. So a couple RNC's, and then a couple other different units would be the ticket in my opinion.

And like the others have already said, avoid those 3630's and get yourself some different gates. Sell the 3630's and use the proceeds to defray the cost of the new gates.
