Questions about instruction...

Since I have reading in theis forum for a few years now....I have a question that someonw may be able to answer. I am looking for a dvd series that has everthing to do with recording/mixing and maybe mastering. It can be a professional recording series set-up or a homerecording series...Can anyone point be in the right direction. I have been looking in search engines...with not much luck on what I want...
