Question: Sonar 3 Metronome Volume Low

Hi, I'm recording with my guitar and have the metronome velocity set to 127 and still can't hear it. My guitar outweighs the volume of it. Is there anyway to get it louder? Thanks!

What's your metronome source? MIDI or click track?

If it's MIDI metronome, then raise the volume of your synth. If it's click track, then raise the volume of the click track.

Thanks for the quick reply. My source is MIDI, but I don't have my synth hooked up. When I do have it hooked up, it's still low though. I'm not sure... I can, however, turn down my input volume so I can hear the mentronome while recording. But then when I play it back the guitar is really loud again, and I have to readjust each time.

Well, if you use MIDI, then volume of metronome is dependent on your MIDI device. If you think still the volume is rather low, then raise the volume chain of your synth. If you connect your synth to mixer or dedicated synth amp, then you can raise the level from mixer/amp.
