I need a mixer with four mono inputs to mic a set of drums and and am considering a Yamaha MG 10/2 mixer. Descriptions of it say that it has two mono mic/lines in and four stereo lines in, two of which can be used as mono mic inputs (the unit has four XLR ins, four preamps, and four phatom powers (whatever). My question: Will this mixer handle four mics with quarter-inch plugs? Or, if not, could I get around this with 1/4 to XLR adaptors (is there such a thing?)? Sorry for the dumb question, but could use some help. Thanks.
