Question for members in the Los Angeles area

I'm trying to hookup with a guitarist/musician who would like to do original work. I'm not interested in forming a band... just someone who would like to exchange ideas and get together for an occasional jam and writing session.

I guess my question is where are some of the best places to look? Are there any websites that cater to this sort of thing?
