However, I was reading through the small print of their agreement recently and I'm sure they said they could (in theory at least) decide not to use some material? But as you say, the only reason they might do that is for technical or legal reasons and not because they don't like someone's music!
I don't object to the amount they might take, after all they are doing the work in selling the thing and most of us would never have the facilities to offer credit card purchasing etc. For me at this stage, the most important thing is to get my music out there, not to make money.
When my CD is ready, some time in 2004 I'll use CD Baby.
One fiurther question...
Are you allowed to use another similar provider to sell your CD as well, say MP3.com or some such or do they want an exclusive relationship with you?
