Hi, not too sure if this is the right forum but have a question about getting 2 tracks on a CD to blend. I'm trying to get feedback from the end of the first song to be the beginning of the next one. I know we've all heard it (think Pink Floyd). I copied the sample in Sonar and got it to sound pretty good, except when listening in a CD player theres a split second gap that makes it sound unatural. Anyone know how to get rid of this? I'm using iTunes to burn with currently. Thanks!

im pretty sure it is just the burning program. Get a dedicated burning program and see if you can set the time in between tracks. another option would be to make it all on track

but i would suggest getting a mastering program, and burning with that

Thats a problem if you use track at once mode. You want to set it for disc at once.

If you are burning the CD with itunes, go to the preferences in the menu bar, click on the audio icon, and you will have a choice of fading between tracks. You can set the timing of the crossfade....
