Ok, I've got a few 4 track machines that have several inputs but not ALL the channels have their own trim knobs.... Most of these that I speak of have 2 main inputs for low input line levels like mics. The other 4 to 6 inputs are for keyboards and such. If I wanted to go about mic'ing the drum kit with 4 mics how would this be possible? I've done the two mic stereo mic thing.... but I'd like to put more mics on the kit for a stereo image.
