First off, have you already treated your room with worthy bass traps? Likely no, as you would already know the answer to your question.

Auralex is likely the most reliable. But you need to know why you need it. It is good for spot treatment for reflections but not the best/cost effective tool for the issues you and all of us have with our rooms.

Spend some time researching before you throw out any money.

Foam can bring some of it's own visual esthetic to the table, costs aside.
