Qestion about aardvrk sound cards

I just purchased an aardvark direct pro 24/96
Anways.I heard that some people have had problems with win xp...
Someone said that you use to be able to buy a chip from aardvark and replace it...but aardvark is going or is out of buisness..
does anyone know what chip i need or where to get it at...

Don't know where you heard that, but it sounds screwy.

I use a 24/96 with XP, and it works. You just have to have the driver for XP.
