Cool. I just put a few simple things together at 250bpm, and will now see if I can even play that fast.... :D
 
OMFG...this is gonna be BRUTAL BEYOND SHIT!!!!! Great licks, metalhead...and Dogman's vox sound exactly like what I was hoping for!! Fuck me...I need to go beat off with the fury of Mephistopheles and then I'll get to some riffing.

Hey bloodsoaked--I like the idea of just throwing up some random riffs. I'll do the same thing while metalhead bangs out some various drum ideas. Somewhere, we'll play connect the dots into something coherant and doomish.

Right...let's all get out there and fuck the devil in the pancreas. :mad:

Diggin it, blood. I'm gonna fuck around with your riffs a little bit while doing some grinding of my own.

Damn, this is fun. I might not get anything posted up tonight, but I'll be hammering out a few things and there should be something tomorrow. With metalhead's riffs in C and bloodsoaked in D, I can tell that this 7th string is going to finally get the workout it deserves. :D

I'm starting to work on the ASININE SPEED riffs... :mad:
 
BTW, metalhead...do you tune down to C, or are you playing with an extra string? Man, your shit is fun to try and play while holding down that first fret on my B string... :eek: I'm loving this with all the pukey hate I can muster! :mad: :D

Glad you like the riffs and the tone. It is from my lovely V-Amp Pro and I can not live without it. I know allot of people are against the v-amp for recording but I have been tweaking and tweaking and I think I have a killer sound/tone for death metal.

Nice work dude, I really like the 2nd riff allot to you posted. Keep them coming.

I also like my 4th riff the best as well. I just LOVE riffs like that. I love songs and playing songs that have speed riffs like that all the way thru the song, I don't know why but I just love those kids of riffs.

I am not a great guitar player by any means but I have a good idea how to play death metal and I have a good death metal guitar style of playing that I am very pleased with.

I am going to bed in a few but I hope to post a few more riffs tomorrow.

I don't care how ya get the tone...Good tone is good tone..and I like the last 2 riffs you posted also...Very cool man. And teh 4 clips you have in your other thread...killer tones again man.... :cool:
