Hey all-
Just put together a new computer (AMD Athlon XP 3000, 1GB RAM, XP Home, PT LE, etc. etc.) and finally got everything working okay. But when I try and access file menus, the start menu, the edit menu, etc. in just about any program or on the desktop....the pull down window seems to be sluggish in responding and opening. It kind of fades in and I feel like this is going to resort in stuttering of audio if I try to access anything while I'm recording or playing. Any ideas as to what it might be? Something not set right in the BIOS? And no...there's nothing else running on the computer except normal system resources. Thanks.
