Yes indeed, the PC upgrade was financed by my doing some work at home. I bought the computer parts over a period of a few weeks.

The upgrade to HS2004XL was my birthday present. I installed it last night, but I didn't get the chance to fool around with it too much. I need to D/L the latest ASIO drivers from Terratec to take full advantage of the EWX's low-latency.

I will also report in due course on the SoundFont player Dyad DXi that's bundled with HS2004XL. Stay tuned for another exciting episode...
