My equipment: PT 9, Mbox Pro 3, Macbook Pro, Guitar
Okay, so I decided to try recording some guitar for the first time. I had plugged my guitar into the DI-in of the interface (Analog Input 1). The LED ladder on the Mbox was climbing properly. And the Mbox driver software showed signal coming in (LED ladder climbs here too), but on the PT track whose input I'd chosen to be 'Analog Input 1' there was no signal coming in.
I tried plugging my guitar into different inputs and changing the input to the track, without any success. In Setup->I/O, I chose Default, so there shouldn't have been any problem there. I would like to point out that my MIDI works perfectly, and always has.
And since today, every time I open the Mbox driver software, I get this error message:
I tried connecting and disconnecting my interface at each plug, to no avail.
I haven't tried anything further. What do I do? If I've posted this in the wrong forum, please direct me towards the right one.
