My immediate impression is that this has kind of a vintage Beatles ring to it. Nice mix. My only nit would be that the electric guitar you have panned dead center seems to me to be fighting with the vocals for space. I personally like the center reserved for vocals, bass and kick. That's just a personal preference. No other nits though. Very nicely done.
