Protools "Unexpectedly Quit" at launch w/ MBox

I've tried everything recommended by the Digidesign Answerbase to remedy this problem, but nothing's working. Anyone else have this issue? I have a Mac G4, OS 10.2.8, ProTools 6.1. It's been working great for the last few months and now every time I try to launch the program, it quits unexpectedly just before it's finished booting up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

help from a non-mac guy...

I had some limted time dealing with macs but i would try a few things.....

Make a new account in OS X.

See if OS X installed any new updates...uninstall them if it did.

Make sure you got the min. req. (dumb..i know)


call or e-mail tech support...they are usually helpfull...you did pay for their sh*t.
