By no means bad, but not really a 'tune,' as much as a POD jam on a chord or two, right? I don't hear anything within the piece that is in any way 'progressive,' but then again, there may now be a newer-generation coinage to an already notoriously misinterpreted term.

'Heavy Rock,' meanwhile, appears now to have embraced the literal connotation of being 'solid and devoid of life.'

We could have a section on the forum entitled "Effective Chord Progressions," or something along those lines (Freudian slip - there's that 'progressive' word again). It needn't be embedded in music 'theory' per se; just a means to get people back to basics and thinking about creating something that is actually worth recording in the first place.
