Program that can change Time Signatures

I am currently a user of Fruityloops which has been ok for me. One problem I have is that everything seems to record in 4/4 time (four beats a bar). I am trying to find a program ou there in which you can switch. What if you are looking to do something in 3/4 time (3 beats per bar) or 6/8???? PLEASE HELP!!!

I'm not sure in fruity loops but in similar patter based programs don't you just change the resolution of the grid lines to change time signature?

in project settings there is sometihng to change this.

doing alternating time sigs in FL is horrid though.

just go to OPTIONS-PROJECT GENERAL SETTINGS.... and u can change the time signature
