Well you certainly tell the mix was done by the drummer. It's all drums. The guitar and bass sound like they're on the other side of the gym. I think you should pull the drums waaaay back.

If possible I'd also remove all the reverb on the guitars. What I could hear of the guitars sounded a bit over-driven. A bit too mushy and fuzzy.

This ^^^^^^

You need to get closer with your mics or something as it sounds too roomy. It sounds like you are micing it in front of the drums but not close miced. Bring in the guitars. I gues it all depends on what equipment you have - can you tell us what mics etc you are using and where they are placed?

Equipment

Well first I know the drums need to be pulled down but this is a very very very rough mix. as for the other songs for the ep the sound 10x better idk why this came out like it did. mics: toms e604s, snare: SM57 pointed middle-ish (sounds much better on the other tracks but a different drummer) kick D112 placed behind the beater because I can't really take my bass drum head off because my bass is stuck between all my stands. Overheads samson co1.
Thanks for the feed back
