AMD thunderbird or intel pentium? What's best? AMD's a little cheaper which is great in my book, but are they at all problematic. The guy at my local computer store said AMD outperforms intel.

For digital audio, I'd go Intel....Alot of sound card manufactures dont even test their product with AMD processors.....

Wanna play games. Buy Amd! Wanna play music buy Intel.
Ill take stability and a better track record over a little performance increase.
