Well this is my first thread in this forum, I have researched so much, but I haven't found any answers to my problem.
I just bought a MAUDIO FAST TRACK ULTRA 8R interface to record my drums at my home studio, I dunno why but it didn't come with protools, instead it came with ableton live (anyways I dont use it).
I installed protools 7.4 M-powered on my computer (AMD PHENOM QUAD CORE, 8 GB RAM, 1 TB HARD DRIVE, WINDOWS 7 64-BITS ULTIMATE) and made a lil registry change in order to run protools 7.4 in windows 7.
I also installed ezdrummer, and waves mercury bundle.
I started recording a song, 4 tracks for the drums, 3 guitar tracks, 1 bass guitar track and 1 piano track. But I wanted to add some ezdrummer tracks of congas, timbales, bongos, and that stuff. I did like 4 or 5 ezdrummer tracks with all of that. And also I activated some plugins into my guitars and my drums, a couple of reverbs, compressor and equalizers.
At the end of the song (the last 30 seconmds) is the part where the "latin" instruments (the ones that I made with ezdrummer) are played. I pressed the PLAY button, and everything was running perfect, until that part started (the part where the latin instrumens are played), in that part I had 4 drums tracks (bass drums, snare, hihat and overhead), 3 guitars, 1 bass, 1 piano, and 4 ezdrummer tracks. I dunno what happened but it crashed, it made a HORRIBLE SOUND like it was stucked. And a FATAL ERROR window appeared. My computer was frozen, the mouse was frozen, everything, I had to reset the computer in order to use it again.
I thought that maybe the plugins were the problem, so I unistalled them and run the song again, but IT CRASHED again. But this time I made a print screen of the ERROR WINDOW, where it saiy that the problem is the ezdrummer.dll
Here is the print screen, it is in spanish because I am from south america but it basically says that PROTOOLS APLICATION STOPPED WORKING, and after that says NAME OF MODULE WITH ERRORS: ezdrummer.dll

I unnistalled protools and ezdrummer, and reinstalled it BUT THE PROBLEM KEPT HAPPENING. It crashes in that part of the song, I dont know why. It is a quad core, the ram is huge and the hard drive is also huge (1TB and 900 GB are free), it should WORK!
I really dont know whats happening, Im worried that maybe the program corrupted itself and that I have to format my PC.
The weirdest part is that I also have CUBASE 5 installed, in this program I run ezdrummer and Waves Mercury bundle PERFECTLY WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.
but, I WANT TO USE PROTOOLS
any advice? I really need your help, I´m getting mad with protools!
