problems with MiniMe´s USB

I got a problem with the USB options of Apogee´s MiniMe. Is it possible to take an audio signal from the computer back to the MiniMe´s preamps via USB and gain it up? How could I realize that in Cubase SX (settings, etc.).

The MiniMe is analog-to-digital only. The USB is out only. It shows the bidirectional control as if you were using the MiniDAC or other USB DAC unit.

You *could* go analog out and give it a boost with the MiniMe... I can't see too many reasons why, though...
