Univalve & Avatar Speaks
I'm doing something I used to do with SONAR 4 all the time...set up mics, listen up while the artist is warming up or working something out...I usually do this by simply arming the tracks and sit back listen, fiddle with the preamps...stuff like that. Never had an issue with it before but now, after about a minute of idle time (not recording) while track(s) are armed, out of nowhere, all the audio just goes away. I find this to be true as well working with synth/DXI sources as well.
Now, if I click on something in the SONAR screen, it comes back...seems kind of like a sleep mode or something. This doesn't happen when I'm actually recording only after a minute or so of idle time.
This is a big deal to me...it really sucks when I'm working alone since the computer is in one room and I'm playing in another. I do have a remote record/playback pedal set up but the way this is working, I would have to keep the tracks rolling all the time!
Anyone else having this issue?
