Problem with M-Audio Fast Track

My computer doesn't recognize the device. When I click the M-Audio logo in my taskbar after installing the drivers, it tells me that there's no Fast Track hooked up to my computer. I'm fitting all of the system requirements. Any help?

I recently purchased the Fast Track and I could'nt figure it out either so I returned it the next day. It was so confusing to work everything. I'm gonna invest into the PreSonus Firebox instead.
