problem with installation

Hey all, a very low level question here. I just bought Cubase SE, and during the initial installation, it stops with a "not responding" message right at the skipping files C:\Windows\fonts\Stein___.ttf . I would appreciate any suggestions on a fix or course of action. Thanks!

Not sure. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. What operating system are you using?

I'm on XP. I've tried cancelling and going through the installation again, but the same thing happens when it gets to that point. I'm not sure if the system recognized it as being installed, or partially installed, etc (it was never completed).. but I'll take a look at add/remove programs. I appreciated any help I can get! Thank you

I've heard of that happening. I dont remeber what caused it or how it was resolved. It's a known issue. You can try the cubse forum on their site.
