Problem with Humbucker Music online order - What would you do?

Put in a small order online with Humbucker Music on 2/21. Just a simple wall wart for a guitar pedal. After 3 weeks, it hasn't been shipped and no response from them to two emails... pisses me off to have them ignore me.

Yeah, I have their phone number but it's not toll-free, and hell, email is a standard communication now... it's f'ing 2006, not 1990. I buy all the time online - furniture, books, florists, wine, audio gear- and never have had a problem before. Maybe I've just been lucky until now.

Wish at this point I had spent a half hour calling the local shops to find what I needed. Would have saved on exorbitant shipping for a 6 oz. item also, heh-heh.

Hey, feels better to vent anyway.

What would you do now?

I've purchased from them a couple times in the past couple years - haven't had any issues. They do have a toll-free number for ordering, I'd try that number if email contact has been fruitless: 1-866-486-2825

Did you receive and order confirmation email (from their Yahoo! Store)?

Thanks Warble. Just called them. And yes I had been send the Yahoo confirmation... the status page at Humbucker that it links to had a 706 area code as the number to call re order status, but now that you mention it I see the 866 toll free number at the corner of the top of the page. Thanks for mentioning that.

So here's the result. Jake at Humbucker said he emailed back both times (which I didn't get) but they've been having email troubles with their ISP and have heard from other customers of similar email non-delivery problems. My ordered item is out of stock until at least 4/1, and he suggested a different adapter that's the same price that will do the same job. Order switched and to be mailed tomorrow.

Problem solved.

I'll never buy anything from that jackass at humbucker again.
Next time, call Full COmpass or something.
 
Well, before this thread turns into something else I think I'll retire it.
