It matters what you are looking for because some people like cubase and some people like logic.

Do you mean Pro Tools the "system," Pro Tools the "software," or Pro Tools LE which comes bundled with products like the Mbox? The Pro Tools system is a high end ($$) integrated hardware/software setup and can't really be compared to products like Logic, Cubase, Nuendo, Sonar, DP, etc. It's sort of one of those "apples and oranges" issues.

ummm i dunno, which ever one sounds the best lol hey is there any download onlinev for pro tools?

The hardware you use will have more of an effect on your sound then the software. One of the best sounding systems is the Radar 24 from www.izcorp.com

with respect your coming at this all bass ackwards.
learn AUDIO ENGINEERING. this will take years. there are no shortcuts or software to get you there faster. pro tools in the right pro producer or audio engineers hands will produce just as good a song as powertracks at 29 bucks or even the free audacity multitrack software in the same pro engineers hands.
there are no shortcuts in this biz.
if your looking for good sound. its all in the convertors that sound
cards use and the quality of mics and preamps but most importantly having quality songs well engineered.
in summary , save your money and get learning audio engineering at the earliest.
sorry.

is their any websites that can teach me the engenering, or do i have to just learn by experiance?

several ways

i learnt a lot from seasoned engineers years ago.
i should say i was lucky. very lucky to have such kind
talented folks help me.
you can do several things. find a mentor or intern in a bog studio.
read some audio engineering books. do searches on the web how a lot of golden oldies were engineered. lots of info.
but the best is to record as many different instruments and acts as you can. at a young age i was recording choirs and mezzosopranos one minute and rock bands the next.
taught me a lot. if you can get some classical orchestra recording under your belt if you can because this will teach you a lot about engineering. even school or university choirs and orchestras are a good launch pad. the advantage is then you have a CD
to show to potential clients that is IF you want a serious paying life as a engineer in audio.
