pro tools m-powered ilok not working

[northern cali]

hey i juss bout a used copy of pro tools m-powered but its not reconising the ilok, i installed the PT and when it says to plug in the ilok i plugged it in but it says ilok not found,

i tried going to the ilok website n downloading a registration thing, but that didnt work either


anybody have any idea on whats wrong??
