Pro Tools M-Powered Essentials 'Street Price'

I'm buying a Fast Track MK2 and its bundled with pro tools
i run Windows 7 Ultimate and hear the two aren't computable or experience frequent problems
So i thought id sell the software as i'm already using Sonar, instead of waiting the registration
so i was wondering about how much would be a reasonable price for the software alone

This is tougher to say now, since Pro Tools 9 has been announced (thusly devaluing previous software versions).
