it was made before xp if i'm not mistaken. if you buy the protools hardware then you can use the software but i dont think digidesign will plan on making their software openly accesible for xp users

which really sucks because if some of us XP users actually got a trial run on Pro Tools we might switch to it. I run CEP 2.0 and have been wanting to get some experience in on Pro Tools. Im not about to buy the full program just so I can test it out.

I'm not sure digidesign even cares lol. their systems cost so damn much that they arent willing to compete in the cheaper markets of sonar, audition and whatever else
