Pro Tools and Kazaa??

I just hooked up my new monitors to my new digi-001. they work great. The only problem is that on the way to set up my new monitors...I must have switched the sound coming through kazaa to the monitors off. I cant get a sound out of kazaa... Any advice is welcome
 
Can you play audio through your regular sound system or through a regular MP3 player?

Also what platform are you on?
 
This might be dumb

This is probably a stupid question but did you get sound out of Kazza before you hooked up your monitors? Also, I am not totally sure but I think Kazza basically runs off of Windows media Player so if you don't have this installed, you will get no sound.
 
In windows you have to select the new card as your preferred playback device.

Before I got a digi-001 I just used my regular cheap montiors thru my soundblaster sound card. Now I have a different sound card...the one that came with the digi-001. But even with texs advice...I still dont know how to set it. bUt thanks anyway.
 
I know it has alot of spyware...but for what I do on the computer...I dont care if they are watching and know my preferences...Im still only gonna buy what I want to.
 
I've had that spyware shit fuck up my computer too, not just see what I like.
