OK, maybe someone has already asked this, but I have PA9, and I am not sure about buying SONAR. What advantageis there? I currently use very, very little midi.

The interface is MUCH better, you don't need to use the crappy console view to mix.Better effects and included soft synths.
It always amazes me that people don't use midi when it's such a powerful tool.
GET SONAR 2!

Ok, for one, PA9 has been discontinued since Sonar came out. Sonar is basically PA10. If you do mostly audio, definetly switch. The new user interface is reason enough to upgrade.

Sonar supports WDM drivers, DXi plugins, Acid WAV files....

There was a comparisin between PA9 and Sonar on the Cakewalk website, but it is gone now that Sonar 2.0 is available.

I have been using SONAR for months. Recently, I was recording a Cellist, and Sonar wasnt working right ( Completely my fault), so in a Panic I switched to PA9, and I realized what an Improvement SONAR is. The interface is 100% better.
