Seems like the MixControl is a very intensive monitor mix software.
That it routes tracks to and from the DAW as a secondary function.
I do alot of tracking as a solo musician, rarely getting into multiple monitor mixes for a band etc.
So for my purposes the MixControl may be a bit more than i need but hey it came with the Pro 40 so I'll use it of course.
My only stumbling block at the moment is the Loopback routing so I could track a streaming percussion or drum loop, sampling etc off the internet.
Anyone give me the quik lowdown on settings for this ?
Using Cubase 5.5 btw.
Appreciate any other thoughts on the Saffire MixControl .
