But let me rephrase my question, as im not concerned about NEW prices, anyone can find the best online retail buy.
How well, or.. not well, do the Tannoy System 800 Active's (notsheilded)

Ive found a new pair for $990 w/out much searching, and im just wondering what is fair for a pair that are beat up?
..My friend has a pair of tannoy 800 actives(pictured below), and the enclosure's are beat up pretty good,.. scratches, dings, dents.. and a mean old gouge,... anyways.. he wants 700 bucks, And as far as im concerned, due to the condition.. hes asking to much
and im right or wrong here?!?! What should these things sell for?
