Looks pretty good. If it's not too much work, you might smooth out the scrolling text in the flash intro (it stutters as it flows across the screen). All in all very nice though.

Skip the flash stuff. It's all fluff and no one really cares about the flash intros anymore. I always just click on skip intro. Otherwise if you think the intro is maditory to get your message across, don't allow people to skip it. Just my 2 cents worth. Otherwise, the main page is fine.
