Presonus FP10

Hey,
I've been looking through past threads and have found mixed answers. Does the Preonus FP10 work with Garageband and if it does, can you record eight channels simultaneously? I plan on upgrading to Logic soon. So same questions. I'm not 100% sure I'm gonna get Logic so I could use opinions on Cubase. The FP10 comes with Cubase LE. I read on this site that with LE you can only record two tracks at a time. Does anyone know if this is true. Seems odd.

I cant answer if it works with garage band but I know it works with cubase and the two channels thing is **** :) I can record ten simutaneous tracks at once so it does work.
 
what version of Cubase do you have and how do you like it
 
Yes, the Firepod/FP10 works with Garage Band, and yes, you can record 8 tracks simultaneously.

Thats the setup my band is using currently, and it sounds and works great!

Cubase

I have cubase le4 I really like it, real smooth operating and easy to use but good enough to produce great stuff.
