I have a PreSonus Studio 1824C audio interface. It powers on, but I can’t get it to be recognized by computer.
The previous owner said this “It worked great with no issues until about 2 weeks ago. I tried on 2 different Macs and had the same issue. Also, no big updates were installed from the time things were working until they stopped.”
I’m currently trying to get it to work on Windows 10. I installed Universal Control. I tried a few different cables and ports. I’m considering replacing the usb-c port.
Nothing pops up on universal control or under devices on windows.
