Preparing An Amp Setup For Selling.

Hi,
I'm going to sell my bass outfit and was looking on advice on thing's to use to clean up the amp and bottom and also to make sure the pots are working well. It's a ampeg v4b cabinet and sunn coloseum 300 in case that tell's you what sort of material's they have on them.

Hi, Joe,
I'm not to good on the electronic teseting of the pots ECT...
For the outside cabinett, I have always use mild type of liquid dish soap and water on a rag to get rid of any dust and dirt.
Then, I use good old Armor All car spray. Now I have used this on my Pevey Cabs and amps, plus some other odd make cabs.
Test some out on the back of the unit, just to make sure.
I have had really good luck with shining the cabs outside apearance with Armor All.

Good to hear that armor-all worked good for you. I will try that on the back of the cabinet as you suggested.
