Pre-delay is my favorite parameter when it comes to the verb... Are you messing with it on the main stereo bus or are you working it through individual tracks?

Just getting to know what it does. Individual tracks. Trying to build a soundscape based on reverb and volume of course. Trying it with one reverb type first (plate).

Dude, have fun with it and play (a lot) with the different settings. I found the predelay knob on a reverb pedal for guitar (EH Cathedral) and have found some nice sounds (after figuring it out) using a large room on one of my plugs after messing with the pedal. Great ambient sounds.

Well, I can imagine it. I even remember having to use a delay before the verb to get it. I'm glad that barbarism finally came to an end.

yeah, I like using a delay plug-in before the reverb on a reverb bus, sometimes a delay with character adds something special

I love pre-delay so much, that sometimes I have reverb in my song that belongs to the song before it.
