PS;

Best listened to LOUD.... HEHEHE

I was born in grooves like that. I like arrangement. personaly, I think scattering a little "Memphis type horns" poppin back at the end of the guitar and vocal phrases, would be smoove. yu gotchu a good groove going.

YES!!!!
I LOVE this!!!
I hate when people say that christian music has no soul. I am an old Blues and Rock and Roll guy myself. Once I became saved I worried about how my musical preferences would get in the way of God's word. I came to realize that music is a gift from the savior...hence the term "GOD given talent" I dont listen to much metal anymore, obviously, but hearing works such as this just reinforce that music can be played with feeling and conviction and stay true to christian beliefs. Thank you for this one.

Mike;

Thank you for not being a closet Christian and for sayin what's on your heart, Bro!

I originally recorded the basic tracks for this tune on my Tascam 414 MKII quite awhile back and had worked on lyrics from Psalm 2 to go with it. Then, two weeks ago, I was listening to the tracks at work and started singing about what the LORD is. He gave me the lyrics in a flash. It's one of those tunes that could go on forever, Blues style, because there is so much that the LORD is.

I'm glad that the tune blessed ya, Mike!

Just changed MP3 Converters and Updated this Tune. Sounds much more like the original Wave now.

Sounds good man.........the guitar is buried in the mix though. You should consider bringing that up some. The bass sounds good and so do the drums. You;ve really got the blues-boogie thing going there.

Takes me back to band practise 10+ years ago.... sounds very loud :) It seems to have a kind of stadium feel to the sound. I could just imagine a really big crowd singing along in the distance.

Rock on

hey Axe, I've said this before, but I like the way you do *it*.. :)

the mix needs some help though.. it sounds like some of the wrong highs were boosted, and things also seem to get lost in the mix.. the vocals should be a bit more up front imhop.. slap a compressor on them to even out the levels and turn them up.. I'd also like to hear the leads a bit more, but not while the highs are so artificially boosted..

cool groove.. keep doing it!

Hey Bro! That's really encouraging cause I go for a live feel. As a matter of fact, the original Rythymn Tracks of Geetar, Bass, and Drums were done Live on my ol Tascam 414 MK II months ago.

I really appreciate your comments, Bro!

Thanks!!!

Sam;

I went back this evening and cut some highs. That was my fault because I tried to get the sound I wanted on both the Vox and Leads that went through my mixer into the puter and boosted em a bit with the mixer EQ to get them sounding that way through my puter speakers. I'll just leave it flat from now on! Live and learn.

I also added some mild compression here and there and boosted my Vox and Geetar a bit and panned the Geetar from 11 O'clock to about 9:45. I hope that I haven't smashed it too much. I'll get it uploaded this evening.

Thanks Bro, your comments are always welcome!
