5150 and BV cab?! is that the EVH sig. model? if so, I have(had, the 5150 is currently nonfunctional) that exact rig.

Yeah it's an old BV cab that came stock with vintage 30s. I have no idea why crate doesn't make them anymore they are fucking great cabs, solid construction no plastic and legit vintage 30 speakers what's not to like?
And yeah it's a sig 5150, has a FJA bias mod installed though.

awesome. the 5150 was the amp that convinced me that Peavey didn't suck. I've since picked up a Supreme(I think that's the name). it's SS and a good bit more rugged. sounds pretty good to my ears, but I still miss the room filling low end from the 5150
