there are several ways of doing this. Either by hosting the file yourself or through an online site like soundclick or myspace and upload the file there. My internet service provides me with some internet hosting space. If you go that route you will need an FTP program to upload your music files or any file for that matter. I would suddgest reading help files from your internet providers website on this.

The much easier route would be to setup an myspace account and use there easy upload utility.

But the cool thing about hosting your own files is you can upload any file like photos pdf;s and what not and post a link in the forum.
